So not to much has been going on at our house. We have been doing the same old thing, working and playing and trying to stay afloat. I did try out the flour thing to entertain your kid as suggested by Linsey. Ashtynn did love playing but made a huge mess. I think I used too much flour.
Yes, she is starting to take off her shirt because she realized there was flour all over it. Thanks a ton Linz!

I did learn how to french braid and have been practicing. Not bad for my first time doing all the hair and on a two year old. I am proud of myself.

Linsey came up for a visit and we took a trip up to Kelly's to ski. Well, Linsey skied, Clint and I snowboarded. It was a blast! Here is us on the way to the canyon.
Cute cousins

I have been busy making Ashtynn a photobook of her first year of life. It is a great alternative to scrapbooking if you don't have the time or money or creativity. I just put it together in like a week when I had a few extra hours here and there. It turned out super cute (well it looked cute online), I can't wait to get it! We have also entered the wonderful world of potty training. Ashtynn kept taking off her poopy diaper by herself and making huge messes, so we decided it was time. For the past week we have been doing the potty training thing and I think she is really getting it. (cross your fingers) She has been staying dry and only a few issues with going number 2 in the toilet. I know everyone out there that has potty trained will completely understand how big of an accomplishment it is. I remember thinking that my neices and nephews needed to be potty trained at like 18 months and that I would potty train my kids that early. Yea right! It is hard! So only diapers at night. YIPPEEE!! Now I need to have another baby before Clint forgets how to change a diaper! :)

So sweet when asleep.

I'm sorry your kid isn't as smart as mine! My kids barely made a mess at all!
