Happy late holidays to all! We have been busy as ever, as I am sure everyone has. I haven't blogged since before Halloween so I did a recap but left it in order...or opposite order...I don't know :)
Clint and I decided to take a road trip over New Year's weekend. We found cheap hotel rooms and drove to...New York?
No it was just LasVegas. We stayed in St. George, UT on New Year's Eve to avoid the high prices of Vegas on the holiday. We were able to go see our house in St. George that we haven't seen since we moved out 2 years ago! It is a really cute little house and it was sad to see it sit there empty, waiting to sell. Hopefully it sells soon...uuuuggggghhhh!!!
On our way back we stopped at Linsey's house to watch the Cowboys play because we didn't make it home in time to watch and we have our priorities. Luckily they won and the Noorlanders didn't have to see Clint cry; that would have been awkward. I guess the Noorlanders got a new cat and dog...I taught her kids to drink like a cat and dog out of a bowl on the ground. Your welcome Linsey! Now we are even.
Christmas seems so long ago. I need to post more often!
Here is our Christmas tree after Santa came. YAY!!
THE CAR!! :0 She LOVED it!
We caught her walking out of her room on video. First she saw the table and chairs and said, "My chair" then saw the car and said "MY CAR!" She immediately ran to it and I had to pull her out of it all morning to get her to open anything else. It has been fun. I am a bad mom because the car is still sitting in my living room. She doesn't know that she could drive it outside because I haven't let her do it yet. I know, I am mean, but it is cold outside and she is completely content to drive it back and forth across our living room.
Clint's favorite gift.
We bought a new TV and a blue-ray player (after Thanksgiving sales are the best! Thanks for going Linsey and Mark)
The only pic I have of Thanksgiving.
I worked the night before then came home at 7:30AM and cooked---scratch that, slaved over the turkey and ham. Not really, I put them in the oven and went to sleep for a few hours. They turned out amazing! We had a great time with Clint's family. This is Ashtynn and cousin Landon cheesin it up!
Ashtynn keeps putting on her boots after I get her out of the bath so I had to get a picture of what she looks like until I wrestle her down and put clothes on her.

We took a trip to Sandpoint ID over Halloween to see Clint's dad and watch the Bonneville volleyball team win state. While we were there Ashtynn was really into using the potty. This is a picture of what happens when she didn't fully empty her bladder and hadn't got a diaper on yet. Awesome. She seemed proud.

I am Peter Pan, Ashtynn was Tinkerbell and Clint was a pirate.
This was the best picture of her I could get. She was so naughty that night. We had to hold her down to get her costume on, then she just ripped it. It is funny how you get this idea of a perfect night and you plan and get matching costume...1 1/2 year olds don't care! I have since learned how to deal with it better, and she hasn't been so bad.
