Time goes by so fast! I know everyone knows this, but I think as you grow older it seems to go faster and faster. Baby Sister (as we call her here) aka Brielle is over 7 weeks old now! We were visiting Clint's mom last Saturday and Jere had her smiling and laughing like crazy. I couldn't believe it! Bri hadn't smiled at me at all, let alone laugh! I guess Grandmas really are the best! She is starting to get out of the "lump" stage as my sister Alisha calls it. My guess is that she weighs about 10lbs now, nothing official for a few more weeks until her next doctor appointment. I think she has blue eyes too! She sleeps 6-7 hours at night, except the nights Ashtynn comes in and has something to tell us in the middle of the night. Three-year-olds don't have a volume dial, middle of the night or not, the volume is set to high! It really isn't too often that she comes into our room at night, but last night was the first official, "There are monsters in my room!" Ashtynn keeps growing and growing. We ran out of pull-ups one night on accident, so we told her she couldn't pee in her bed, and she didn't! With a few accidents here and there, we only have one in diapers! She turned 3 on the 17th, I can't believe it! I will post some pictures next time, I have to borrow a cord for my camera to download pics.
My maternity leave is starting to run out; only 3 more weeks then back to the grind. It is nice to not have to work but kinda hard too. I am not use to being stuck at home with no adult interaction. And it's not like you can pack up and go to the store with a new baby and it being January. We get out of the house on occasion and count down the minutes until Clint gets home from work!

I had some pictures taken of Brielle by this amazing photographer that I just discovered. I would recommend her to everyone. She was so sweet to take the pictures because she normally takes the pictures when the babies are 3-7 days old. Brielle was 6 and a half weeks, and we were nervous that she wouldn't behave. But Caralee was so patient and great with her that the pics turned out unbelievable! I could stare at them all day! I haven't gotten them back yet but you can check out a few at her blog caraleephotography.blogspot.com I promise to post more when I get them!

I can't believe how much hair Brielle has! She is so cute! I love her pictures. Journee has the same hip action Ashtynn has! haha!
